• Other Notes: On 16 June, actor Matthew Morrison from the television series Glee joined Lewis on stage at London’s O2 Arena for a one-off performance of “Over the Rainbow”. For the North American leg of the tour, Lewis was scheduled to open for Christina Aguilera’s Bionic Tour, but those plans were cancelled after Aguilera postponed her tour until 2011.
